Are you leaving revenue on the table? Let us check! We'll schedule a call to go over your current marketing strategy and initiatives, and identify areas where you may be missing opportunities.
100% obligation-free.
Are you worried about how much this could cost? You don’t need to be. Hiring a fractional CMO and outsourcing all or part of your marketing function actually saves you money. Let’s break it down.
Client success stories
Step one, we chat to see if we’re a good fit for one another. Think of it just like interviewing a candidate. And unlike most marketing agencies, you’ll interview with the person who will actually be your fractional CMO, not someone in sales.
Once you’ve decided to work with us, our first step is to build your marketing strategy together. It’s a deep dive into your company’s needs, messaging, customers, and more in order to build a custom marketing plan designed to drive to your goals.
Then we execute based on the marketing plan we’ve built. Depending on how much marketing talent you have in-house, we’ll either work with them or our own team to make marketing magic happen.
Do you already have in-house talent (and trusted vendors) and just want a CMO to lead and manage them, or do you need a full outsourced marketing team? Either way, we have a plan for you.
Our plans are built for companies that can spend $15,000 a month or more on advertising (media spend). We’ve found that this is the minimum level of advertising required to produce good results. But remember, by saving money with a fractional CMO, you’ll have more budget to put towards Google Ads, paid social media, and more!
Great question! Our outsourced marketing services are ideal for small to medium companies that are still too small to hire a full marketing team, but need quality marketing execution and the expertise of an experienced CMO so that they can jumpstart their growth. Our sweet spot company that is ready to invest in great marketing (we ask that you have a budget of $10 to $15K to put towards ads). As for industry, we work with e-commerce, SaaS, B2B, and D2C across a variety of industries.
It's not a secret that we're pretty A-type, and more than a little competitive. We consider getting results a win, and anything else a failure. If we bring you on as a client, it means we are confident we can grow your revenue, and we won't rest unless we do. We also don't ever bring on more than one client in the same industry, so you don't need to worry that our allegence is divided.
You can't walk down the hallway to our office, but unless we're actually in a meeting when you reach out, during business hours we will get back to you within the hour - often less. It's really no different than it would be when working with a full time remote CMO.
We're glad you asked! Unlike many marketing agencies who have the top brass (or a "promise you the moon" salesperson) talk to you during the sales process, then will shuffle you off to an entry-level account manager once you've signed up, the person you talk to during our sales process is the person who will be doing your work. Think of it exactly like an interview for an internal CMO role. And if you like the CMO idea, but don't love the person you're talking to? Let us know, and we'll see if someone else is a better fit.
No worries! We offer a get-out-of-the-contract free card. If, after a few months, you just aren't vibing with outsourcing your marketing, let us know and we'll go our separate ways. You'll get to keep your marketing plan and any work we've already done for you - and we'll even help you vet resumes for in-house candidates to replace us.
That's absolutely fine. We offer packages that range from just serving as the CMO (or marketing director, if you prefer), to fully outsourced marketing-in-a-box programs. This means that if you already have an in-house team executing your marketing and just need someone to lead them, we're happy to do so.
OK, you probably actually weren't wondering this, but we're going to tell you anyway. First, we don't just do our work in a vacuum; we're always running ideas past each other and getting best practices from one another. Instead of hiring just one CMO, you're hiring a knowledge base of many. Benefit number two? We have a team already assembled (such as graphic designers, web developers, video editors, content writers, etc.) so we can hit the ground running without a lot of set-up time.
