Do you have questions?

How is it possible to do a full time job in the fraction of the time?

Like most things, the more you do something, the better (and faster) you get at it. We've been doing this a long time, so we can get results quickly and efficiently. Plus, when you hire a Marketing Director, you're paying them for their expertise, not the time that is required to do the work. For most mid-sized companies, there isn't actually enough work for a full time hire. But shhhh! Don't tell people we told you so.

How do I know you'll prioritize my business?

It's not a secret that we're pretty A-type, and more than a little competitive. We consider getting results a win, and anything else a failure. If we bring you on as a client, it means we are confident we can grow your revenue, and we won't rest unless we do. We also don't ever bring on more than one client in the same industry, so you don't need to worry that our allegence is divided.

Can I be sure you'll be responsive and timely?

You can't walk down the hallway to our office, but unless we're actually in a meeting when you reach out, during business hours we will get back to you within the hour - often less. It's really no different than it would be when working with a full time remote Marketing Director.

Who will actually be doing the work?

We're glad you asked! Unlike many marketing agencies who have the top brass (or a "promise you the moon" salesperson) talk to you during the sales process, then will shuffle you off to an entry-level account manager once you've signed up, the person you talk to during our sales process is the person who will be doing your work. Think of it exactly like an interview for an internal Marketing Director role. And if you like the fractionalized marketing director idea, but don't love the person you're talking to? Let us know, and we'll see if someone else is a better fit.

What if we give a fractionalized marketing director a try but it's not for us?

No worries! We offer a get-out-of-the-contract free card. If, after a few months, you just aren't vibing with outsourcing your marketing, let us know and we'll go our separate ways. You'll get to keep your marketing plan and any work we've already done for you - and we'll even help you vet resumes for in-house candidates to replace us.

What if we already have a marketing team and just need a team leader?

That's absolutely fine. We offer packages that range from just serving as the Marketing Director (or CMO, if you prefer), to fully outsourced marketing-in-a-box programs. This means that if you already have an in-house team executing your marketing and just need someone to lead them, we're happy to do so.

Beyond the obvious cost benefits, what other benefits do you bring?

OK, you probably actually weren't wondering this, but we're going to tell you anyway. First, we don't just do our work in a vacuum; we're always running ideas past each other and getting best practices from one another. Instead of hiring just one Marketing Director, you're hiring a knowledge base of many. Benefit number two? We have a team already assembled (such as graphic designers, web developers, video editors, content writers, etc.) so we can hit the ground running without a lot of set-up time.
